Over the last few years it’s been my great privilege to be able to direct some great student performances within Edinburgh’s acting training institutions be these text-based or devised focused.
As a director I like to develop an ensemble approach, finding different ways of finding the fun and ownership into the material often with a strong actor/musician or physical theatre approach embracing theatricality, incorporation of tunes and all the joys of the stage and audience/performer relationship.
